P30 launched Ready Player One in 2024, investment dedicated to top 'Americas' U15/U17/U20  soccer athletes from Brazil and the US. This fund is designed to empower the next generation of elite players by providing the resources, mentorship, and platforms needed to reach European Football and unlock their full potential on and off the field.

Building on the success of our first fund, a second fund will launch in 2025, expanding our reach to support the next wave of talented players from North to South America and launching them to Europe, further cementing our commitment to developing world-class soccer talent.

P30 Sports Partners is creating a network of 30 world-class soccer academies globally, combining professional coaching, tailored player pathways, and innovative training environments. These Centers of Excellence serve as hubs for elite player development, leadership growth, and community impact, shaping the future of soccer.

As the key strategic stakeholder, P30 is building its headquarters in Dallas, TX in partnership with a premier international state-of-the-art  US Soccer Academy. This flagship campus will feature world-class training facilities, dormitories, and a fully integrated K-12 education program.

 Serving as the cornerstone of its global network, this academy will offer a comprehensive residency program for athletes from around the world, fostering leadership, academic excellence, and athletic achievement both on and off the field. 

P30 will transform education by combining academic excellence with elite athletic development, powered by advanced AI technology. With our strategic partners we will feature a K-12 platform that integrates NCAA-approved academics and world-class sports training, in addition we will offer the first two years of college to support our U19/U21 players. 

With a commitment to inclusion and equity, we will provide affordable tuition models and ensure access to global pathways through our extensive P30 network. The schools will feature a world-renowned coaching staff, including elite boys, girls, goalie, and futsal coaches, creating an unparalleled environment for athletic and academic excellence. By leveraging AI, we will provide personalized learning experiences and data-driven athletic development, ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
